Hi Dan,

Thanks for the great work you’ve done with this library! I have a question if you don’t mind. I’m actually using this in a Flash project (I simply had to add the Flex SDK to my library path in order to do so). Everything works fine when testing locally (I am able to get authorization and fetch my Twitter friend’s data). The problem is when I try running it in a browser – the onRequestTokenFailed() event handler fires immediately and I never even get to the Twitter page that lets me auth my app. Any idea on what the problem or solution would be?

consumerKey // Your application key from your twitter.com settings page
consumerSecret // Your application secret from your twitter.com settings page

Are the two things i dislike about the OAuth.
It would VERY awesome if twitter remove those parameters and the fact that i have to register my app in twitter. VERY unhandy, guys. I understand your fears and paranoia related to the securness, but guys, seriously, the captcha would easily replace those keys/secrets etc… I mean remove the key and the secret code for the authorization with twitter. So that the schema would look like:
1. 3rd app sends the user to twitter OAuth page
2. user authorizes on twitter with captcha (say hi to hackers -
3. twitter makes a redirect to a url, which was passed via GET method.
4. 3rd app retrieves the ‘login’, ‘authorize’ = 1 or 0 params and authorizes user

Easy and secured.

we are seeing within our Flex Oauth sign in that the html for logging in is coming back in French rather then english, it started out in English and then it just started coming back in French. any idea on settings?

Unable to request token from http://www.lockit.it because: Error: No class registered for interface ‘mx.resources::IResourceManager’.

On Adobe Help i found this related on this package:

There is a version for air ?
I have to do an application in air that should login in twitter, and I getting crazy for the authentication ….
I want to use only air …. it’s possible ?
